During the research phase of the project (which is continues even now) we found three excellent and informative maps showing Dunans in various guises.
- From May 1946, this map shows the development of Dunans
- Here at last real detail. The castle is shown as it would have been, newly built and unencumbered by the subsequent plantings of tree and shrub.
- Showing the double-fronted building that would eventually become the North Annex
- Dounens is circled.
